Life Education at Hikuai School!

We love having Harold come to visit us! Each year we look forward to learning with Harold the giraffe and our Life Education Teacher Mike Budd. We learn about healthy living, how to care for ourselves and others and all about the human body. Friendship skills, resilience and key competencies are developed along with science and living world concepts.

The mobile classroom arrives and our classes enjoy visiting, making use of the technology on board as well as the expertise of the educator! We all have fun and learn together. It is always sad to see Harold go and we look forward to his visit next year!
